This policy applies to paid digital learning services, pathway support, subscriptions, or course access purchased through Oxbridge Pathways, unless a different written agreement applies.
2. Before purchase
We aim to show key information before purchase, including the service description, access period, fees, and any important restrictions.
3. Digital content and access
Where a learner requests immediate access to digital content, lessons, AI learning tools, downloads, or online services, cancellation or refund rights may be affected once access begins, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at purchase.
4. Refund requests
Refund requests should be submitted through the official support or contact channel with the order details, account email, reason for the request, and any relevant evidence.
We review refund requests fairly and aim to respond within a reasonable time.
5. Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not be available where access has been used substantially, the service has already been delivered, the user has breached the terms, or a third-party institution or awarding body has separate non-refundable charges.
6. Partner or institution fees
Where fees are paid to or collected on behalf of a partner, awarding organisation, or institution, that organisation’s own refund or cancellation rules may also apply.
